Human can’t imagine how stress happen and where it can happen. Major stress happens in human’s healthy life due to their too much expectation for earning more money and high living lifestyle. If we avoid that things then too much stress will reduce in future.
When Stress Is Actually Good for You?
Stress is not good for human body because stress affects on some people who creates various diseases and symptoms on human body.
Due to stress following diseases generates on human body:1. High blood pressure.2. Big hair loss problems due to overthinking.3. Increases heart pumping rate.4. Increases muscle pain problems in human body.5. Stress causes depression.
But in some cases stress may helpful for human body. It creates constant focused mind and make any type of human work done successful. Because due to stress our brain receives signal fastly and gives feedback fastly. After completing fast work of humans it reduces to much fear in human mind. When the brain perceives some kind of stress, it starts flooding the body with chemicals like epinephrine, nor-epinephrine and cortisol. For humans healthy life short term stress is useful rather than long term stress.
Stress: Ways to Manage and Reduce It in human
There are different ways to manage the stress. Stress can be reduced by keeping healthy food and diet with also taking 7-8 hours of sleep daily. Complete and well sufficient sleep generates proper blood flow in human body and reduces stress. Healthy food and diet increases more proteins in human body and increases immunity of human body with decrease the stress. Because due to stress most of people eat less amount of food and gets weaken their immunity.
In today’s worst situation in job work timing creates more stress on most of the people. So don’t think continuously in work and take relaxation after 40 minutes of work. Continuous work in job causes also more depression in many of peoples.
Stress can be managed by making time for your hobbies. Also take long breathing to avoid the stress. Sufficient exercise in a days getting relaxation of muscles and help to reduce work stress of human being. Exercise makes less burden on human being and makes healthy mind of people. For making healthy lifestyle and life is without stress then exercise done is must for people.

The stress and depression are interconnection for many of things. Stress creates depression in person in major cases. For example suppose some persons are newly hired by companies that persons causes to much stress at their earlier work days. Due to that stress some peoples going under depression. In today’s world more peoples getting stressed due to travelling in buses and more burden on their mind that how to reach at their work destination at right time. Due to this more burden causes depression on their mind. Healthy mind of peoples getting disturbed due to stress and depression affects their healthy life.
